How did the proposal happen?

It was 28/12/15 and I had recently found out I was pregnant. It was also my birthday and in our little house with just the two of us Ed dropped the question. For me this was a perfect moment.

What is your favourite memory together before the wedding day?

The day we welcomed our beautiful Rose into the world.

Did you have a theme? If so why did you choose this theme?

I just wanted the whole day to sparkle!

What is your favourite memory of the day?

When we said I do – it was perfect and unforgettable

Also seeing all our family and especially the grandparents who we felt so lucky to have there.

Were there any pleasant surprises?

A lovely bagpipe player we didn’t know about!

Why did you choose Hensol Castle as your venue?

It was always my dream to have a fairy tale wedding in a castle. I couldn’t have asked for it to be anywhere more perfect than Hensol.

Any other special details / touches?

Just the entire day from start to finish… oh and our photos are perfect =)

Any advice to future brides / grooms? Enjoy every minute as it goes so quickly!
