Mythe Barn in Leicestershire

We exhibited at the National Wedding Show a while back and met Claire at our stand! As soon as we started chatting we knew we’d love to photograph her and David’s wedding. So when we were back in the office and she got in touch to book, we were over the moon. I just knew from the outset that this wedding was going to be one I’d be excited to share and I guess what? I was right!

Claire & Davids wedding was one of a kind. They chose Mythe Barn in Leicestershire as the location, and it did not disappoint! This beautiful venue is close to Warwickshire & Birmingham and honestly, it has it all! It’s a modern barn with floor to ceiling windows and the most beautiful exposed oak beams. Truly breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive and no request was too much trouble for them.

The wedding day Claire and David planned was beautiful. With bridesmaids in a pastel pink and a the guys in sharp navy suits, everyone coordinated wonderfully. We had so much fun with these guys, which you’ll see in the images below – the photos of Claire and David with their wedding friends will make us laugh for a lifetime.

We started the morning in the bridal suite where Claire got ready with the girls, and managed to get some beautiful images as the light poured into the room. The details were gorgeous and these guys were up for photos all day long – it was a photographers dream!

Once everyone was ready we headed down into the ceremony room where the I Do’s were spoken with Claire and David surrounded by their guests. It was a touching and intimate ceremony, I even saw a few tears – I’m sure of it!

 

After I’d clambered onto the roof for the group shots (not sure I was supposed to do that… oops!), I whisked Claire and David away for some photos on their own. The chemistry these two have is simply beautiful. They seem to just work, and make each other laugh a lot – which is a special thing <3
