Danielle & Emyr 

I have an absolute visual treat for you this morning! Danielle & Emyr have recently moved across to Dubai to start a life in the sunshine, so I wanted to blog this wedding give them a reminder of their wedding day as they say goodbye to family & friends in the UK.

How did they meet? Well, Emyr played in the Cardiff University Varsity match and they met in the Student Union bar after the match. He asked her if she wanted a drink, and the rest is history! 7 years later, Emyr got down on one knee at the St Davids Hotel on Christmas Eve after treating them both to a luxury spa day, she of course said YES! and they started planning what can only be described as the most beautiful of weddings!

I met with these two at my studio when they were living in London and they happened to be in Cardiff for the weekend. We got along like a house on fire, and knew I was going to love photographing this wedding at Pencoed House in Cardiff when Danielle blurted out ‘I basically want it to look like a Dolce & Gabanna advert’ …that’s a girl after my own heart!

Danielle entrusted the every magnificent Forbesfield Flowers with the floral design for such a special day, and what a choice it was. Beth filled the marquee and barn with more flowers than you could shake a stick at. It was quite simply breath taking. There were plenty of bubbles on hand throughout the day, actually that’s an understatement. Champagne everywhere <3
