Peterstone Court

We had the absolute pleasure of documenting the wedding of the amazing Emily & Owen. We were situated in the gorgeous Georgian era manor, Peterstone Court, smack bang in the middle of the Brecon Beacons, South Wales. Surrounded by incredible scenery this grandiose yet chic venue has allegedly had several important figures throughout history pass through it’s walls, including William the Conqueror; but this day was all about Emily & Owen.

The fairytale began one hazy Christmas morning when Owen dropped to one knee and proposed to Emily, making for one of the best Christmas gifts a girl could get; gents take note! The wheels were then put into motion on planning such a perfect wedding day, not before they squeezed in getaways to Sorrento and Capri, mind you. A week before the wedding, Owen played at Glastonbury with his band XY&O, so we could have forgiven him if he wasn’t quite on the ball due to the rockstar lifestyle, but he didn’t put a foot wrong and the day as a whole ran like a dream.

On the morning of the wedding, Emily had the help of Lucy Mapp Makeup to get her looking her best in her Mori Lee dress, and Owen was tailored by Youngs. When you have a bride and groom looking this spectacular, it makes wedding photography all the more easier!

It was then time to make their way to the venue to see each other one last time, before two families became one.
