Lois & Mark
The dappled light at the stunning grounds of Pencoed House set the scene for a truly touching day, as I walked down the pathway towards the estate I just knew today was going to be magical. Greeted by the fresh flowers from Bella B Floral Design, I knew this was going to be a day with class – an abundance of white petals was a joy to photograph.
A bride that has a shot of vodka as she walks in AND out of the ceremony is my kinda woman! Like a queen in her Pronovias wedding dress, as Lois walked down the aisle, I felt the emotion between her and Mark – the joy during the first time their eyes met is a beautiful moment I’m so happy they can relive in their wedding photos.
“Getting married with our amazing son Hugo (Born in 2015) being a part of our day was truly special – even if he slept the whole way through the ceremony!”
Lets just say Lois knows how to throw a party: Personal touches like themed cocktails (delicious Cancun cosmos and Mexican mojitos may I say!), a multi-national mix of canapés and the superb live music by the Welsh National String Quartet made the finer details of Lois & Mark’s day feel carefully considered. Guests could relax and enjoy the day, safe in hands of the wonderful staff at Pencoed House and Lois’ fine planning.
A photographers dream, these two made the most of creating beautiful moments in their photos, allowing me to capture the intimate moments as their day unfolded. it was wonderful to see their surprise as we presented them and their evening guests with our Ryan Welch Weddings slideshow.
We asked Lois if she had any advice for future Brides and Grooms, “Everyone tells you to enjoy it, but it really is all over in a flash – really make the most of creating those special memories.” We couldn’t agree more!
Lois & Mark, thank you so much for having us document your wedding day! The RWW Team.
